Welcome to Sew Right Machine Service. By booking a service, contacting us, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

Sew Right Machine Service provides local repair and maintenance services for household and commercial sewing machines. All services are subject to technician availability and an initial assessment of your machine’s condition.

2. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and opting into our service, you consent to receive service-related communications, including:

Appointment confirmations and updates

Notifications about repair status or service changes

Occasional follow-up requests or reminders

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description:

We use SMS to provide service-related updates and customer support information.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. After sending “STOP,” we will confirm your opt-out via SMS. You will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

Message & Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on the complexity of the repair or unforeseen issues discovered during service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments may be subject to a rebooking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take care to inspect, diagnose, and repair your machine to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or wear

Manufacturer defects

Damage resulting from misuse or neglect

Loss of business income related to machine downtime

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Oregon law.
